Nicole Larossi

Luxury real estate is where strategy, relationships, and exceptional service come together and it's where I thrive. I specialize in luxury, residential, and commercial real estate throughout Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington as a member of Lifestyle North Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty. Whether representing a waterfront estate, golf course home, investment property, or commercial opportunity, my goal is to deliver an elevated, results-driven experience tailored to each client's unique objectives.

I have a particular passion for luxury homes, waterfront properties, golf course communities, relocation, commercial investments, and helping clients build long-term wealth through real estate. By combining strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, and an in-depth understanding of the Inland Northwest market, I help buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.

Education and leadership have been central to my professional journey. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from Middle Tennessee State University and my Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. These experiences strengthened my expertise in communication, negotiation, leadership, and strategic thinking skills that directly benefit every client I serve.

As a proud United States Air Force veteran, I understand the value of discipline, service, integrity, and commitment. Those principles continue to guide my business every day. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I am honored to assist veterans, active-duty military members, and their families as they navigate the unique challenges of relocation and homeownership.

Giving back to both the profession and my community is one of my greatest passions. I have served as President of the Women's Council of REALTORS® North Idaho, Washington State Vice President for Women's Council of REALTORS®, a member of the National Women's Council Leadership Institute, and a contributor to the National Social Media Influencer Committee. I also served on the Board of Directors for the North Idaho Building Contractors Association and currently serve as President of the Inland Northwest Chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, where I advocate for professionalism, inclusion, and equal access to homeownership.

Mentoring and developing other real estate professionals is equally rewarding. As a certified eXp Mentor, I enjoy helping agents grow sustainable businesses, elevate their client experience, and build lasting careers founded on professionalism and integrity.

My business is built on communication, trust, advocacy, and results. Outside of real estate, I am a proud single mother of three and grandmother of two. I enjoy ballroom dancing, golfing, paddle boarding, reading, traveling, and spending time on the lake with family and friends. Family, education, leadership, service, and inclusion are values that shape every aspect of my life and continue to influence how I serve my clients and my community.
